Policy changes at the state level can affect the resources, activities and operations in Tempe so it’s important to stay informed. Join the City Council for Neighborhood Day at the State Capitol from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29. The event will be held in the Arizona State Senate building, 1700 W. Washington St., in Phoenix.
Attendees can meet City Councilmembers, learn about Tempe’s legislative program and get acquainted with their Arizona legislative representatives. Participants will also have time for self-guided tours after the program. The event is free to all community members. RSVP online or by calling Tempe Neighborhood Services division at 480-350-8234.
