TEMPE, Ariz. — Viral athlete and internet sensation Deestroying has announced his co-ownership and investment in the national frozen cocktail brand Fat Tuesday, bringing his signature energy and entrepreneurial spirit to the brand’s Tempe and Glendale locations.

Originally founded in New Orleans in 1984, Fat Tuesday quickly became a nationwide staple, growing into the largest frozen cocktail brand in the U.S. Known for its vibrant party atmosphere and community-driven culture, the brand now welcomes a new wave of excitement as Deestroying joins the team.
A Partnership Fueled by Energy, Culture, and Community
A long-time fan of the brand, Deestroying said his decision to invest came from a shared passion for connection and celebration.
“This partnership with Fat Tuesday is something I’ve been excited about for a while,” said Deestroying. “Tempe’s already got that crazy ASU energy, and now we’re turning it up even more. The refresh is next level; it’s built for game days and late nights. I’m hyped to kick it off — you’ll catch me dropping in, maybe behind the bar or catching a game on the mega screen. You never know. That’s the fun of it.”
Known for blending sports, entertainment, and digital storytelling, Deestroying has built a loyal audience of millions online. His investment in Fat Tuesday marks a major step in his evolution as an entrepreneur, bringing his brand beyond YouTube and into the world of hospitality.
Grand Reopening Celebration: October 25, 2025
To celebrate the new partnership, Fat Tuesday and Deestroying will host a Season Opener–style Bash on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the Tempe location (680 S. Mill Ave). The event will showcase the location’s full renovation, complete with brand-new features designed for nightlife and game-day excitement.
Inside the New Fat Tuesday Tempe
The Tempe bar has been completely reimagined with a modern nightlife atmosphere, Instagrammable backdrops, and a massive 230-inch outdoor TV wall — transforming the patio into the ultimate watch party destination for ASU fans and Tempe locals alike.

Inside, guests will find 20 flat-screen TVs, a dedicated DJ booth, and VIP sections for private parties or bottle service experiences. Just steps from Arizona State University, Fat Tuesday Tempe aims to be both the pregame headquarters for Sun Devils and a late-night hotspot on Mill Avenue.
As a co-owner of both Tempe and Westgate locations, Deestroying plans to make surprise appearances, where fans might find him bartending, DJing, or filming content with the crowd.
“We couldn’t ask for a better partner than Dee,” said Alex Monahan, CEO of Fat Tuesday. “He brings the same energy to Fat Tuesday that he does on the field and online. With Tempe kicking things off and Westgate in the mix, fans can expect even bigger things ahead.”
A National Brand on the Rise
The Arizona relaunch follows a wave of national momentum for Fat Tuesday. In the past year, the brand opened its San Diego flagship location to overwhelming crowds and has made headlines through collaborations with pop culture icons like Cardi B, Whipshots, and Kendall Jenner’s 818 Tequila.
From “Cardi Gras” on Bourbon Street to the nationwide “Tequila Takeover”, Fat Tuesday continues to merge music, entertainment, and nightlife culture — and with Deestroying now on board, the brand is doubling down on its mission to blend fun, fandom, and flavor.
Now, Fat Tuesday is bringing that same viral energy back to Tempe — bigger, louder, and led by one of the internet’s most dynamic personalities.
