On April 24, Arizona native and high school basketball standout Jerzy
Robinson returned to her hometown to give back to her community
and reconnect with her roots. The Nike NIL athlete hosted a give-back
event at Vista Del Sur Accelerated Academy in Laveen, the school she
once attended.
The event drew a strong turnout, including local coaches, students,
former teammates, and players from the Inspired Athletics basketball
program. Among the guests was Cal State Fullerton signee Dylan
Swindle, a former teammate of Robinson’s.
Robinson and other guest speakers addressed the crowd, focusing
on the importance of discipline, sacrifice, and determination in
pursuing success. Her message resonated with the young athletes in
attendance, who were inspired by her insights into her work ethic and
daily training routine.
The event also featured prize giveaways, gifts for young players, and
a three-point shooting contest that encouraged participation and
excitement among the kids. Robinson concluded the event by signing
autographs and posing for photos with fans.

Following her visit, Robinson continued her impressive run on the
court, leading her Sports Academy Swish (CA) team to a 3–1 record at
the Boo Williams Invitational West, held April 25–27 at the Phoenix
Convention Center. The tournament marked Session 1 of the Nike
EYBL circuit, where Robinson finished as the second-leading scorer
across all teams.
Her return to Arizona proved to be both meaningful and memorable,
leaving a lasting impact on her local community while continuing to
build on her already standout basketball career.
